LPN Job Opportunity at Luther Manor Communities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality care to our residents at Luther Manor Communities.

The successful candidate will assess residents' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' health needs and develop care plans
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to staff
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Document progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Communicate with residents and families to provide education and support
Qualifications:
  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, geriatric experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
