Job Summary

ERG Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Scientist/Geologist to support and lead Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental sampling, technical writing, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site-specific Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
  • Review historical records and conduct physical site inspections
  • Develop sampling plans and health and safety plans
  • Coordinate with analytical testing and review results
  • Prepare Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Reports
Requirements
  • B.S. in geology or related degree
  • 4-7 years of experience conducting and leading environmental sampling work
  • Experience with EPA's Brownfields program
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Ability to travel once a month
