Environmental Scientist

ERG Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Scientist/Geologist to support and lead Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental sampling, technical writing, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site-specific Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
- Review historical records and conduct physical site inspections
- Develop sampling plans and health and safety plans
- Coordinate with analytical testing and review results
- Prepare Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Reports
- B.S. in geology or related degree
- 4-7 years of experience conducting and leading environmental sampling work
- Experience with EPA's Brownfields program
- Strong technical writing skills
- Ability to travel once a month
