Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market and product strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and home building facilities to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure retail partners have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
