Job Overview

Electra Link Inc is looking for a Structured Cabling Foreman to manage our cabling projects effectively. This role involves directing project planning, execution, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements, specifications, and scope to facilitate complete installation as per documentation.
  • Establish and uphold quality control and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate exceptional project planning capabilities to guarantee availability of materials, labor, tools, and resources for the project team, ensuring efficient project completion.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, management, and clients.
  • Oversee all project documentation, including closeout procedures, test results, as-built drawings, and warranty submissions.
  • Lead multi-story building or campus projects with a team of six or more personnel.
  • Participate in all project meetings to coordinate scheduling, objectives, and milestones.
  • Manage all facets of the project, including personnel, materials, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including the Customer, Safety Manager, Project Manager, and related project personnel.
  • Conclude all closeout documentation, such as test results, as-built drawings, and warranty submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in structured cabling, construction management, or related fields.
  • BICSI certification is preferred.
  • Possess strong leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
