About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Baggage Runner to join our team at PrimeFlight Aviation Services. As a Baggage Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of passenger luggage within the airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport baggage quickly and safely between various airport locations
  • Handle passenger luggage with care to avoid damage
  • Assist in loading and unloading baggage from aircraft
  • Operate baggage trolleys and other transport equipment efficiently
  • Verify baggage tags and ensure correct routing to flights
  • Assist in sorting and organizing baggage in the baggage claim area
  • Respond promptly to baggage-related queries from passengers
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • 1 Year Customer Service experience
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
