Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in Construction Scheduling, particularly on large-scale industrial projects, focusing on vertical and horizontal developments.
  • Expertise in Primavera (P6) and other CPM Scheduling Software.
  • Strong background in Delay Analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Water or Wastewater projects.
  • Possession of Project and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification.
  • Familiarity with Unifier for document control.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control on contractor schedule submissions to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Analyze critical paths, cost allocations, resource distribution, and schedule content to validate proposed work plans.
  • Perform schedule impact assessments for change orders and claims, providing detailed written recommendations for time-related settlements.
  • Execute Critical Path and Earned Value analyses to ensure workflows align with actual and projected work.
  • Monitor project issues in relation to schedules, presenting findings through charts, tables, and other visual aids.
  • Carry out site visits for progress assessments.
  • Interpret drawings and specifications to determine scope compliance and assess contract terms for claim validity.
  • Conduct regular project risk evaluations to foresee schedule impacts and inform the Project Team.
  • Effectively utilize project management tools and software to manage schedules and update information in real-time.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in relevant software, including Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Review and assess recovery schedules for approval or rejection.
  • Prepare necessary reports as directed by management.
