Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a motivated and self-driven Warranty Administrator to support our core business hours in Maumelle, AR. This role will work within our maintenance and ERP systems to collaborate effectively across multiple job responsibilities in support of customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer quotes and distribute to customers
• Obtain equipment and tooling repair costs for customer-owned items
• Maintain records, documentation systems, and manuals for specific departments
• Maintain and update data in ERP system; audit work order documentation
• Process purchase orders and maintain parts inventories
• Assist with spare parts inventory system; provide cost/data analysis
• Communicate with suppliers when placing orders and requesting quotations
• Support continuous improvement activities from internal and external customers

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in an administrative role and/or experience working in a maintenance or manufacturing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word (e.g., document creation/editing) and Microsoft Excel (e.g., formatting cells, formulas, tables/graphs/charts)
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding
• Experience with quoting
• Experience with SAP, databases, and preventative maintenance software
