Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on various units across the system. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in evidence-based practice initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Promote adaptive responses to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, ancillary personnel, and other team members
  • Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies
  • Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and plan of care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid LPN license and Basic Life Support certification are required.
