Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect care to clients in their home environment, instructing, motivating, and assisting them in health maintenance and disease prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician's orders and plan of care
- Accurately document nursing actions, individual's health status, and communicate with family and physicians
- Document progress and outcomes for established goals and inform physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
- Administer medications and manage medication as needed
- Provide health teaching and assist clients in learning appropriate self-care techniques and safety measures
- Conduct nursing assessment visits as needed
- Report all incidents per operation procedure and regulatory standards
- Follow policies and procedures according to operation, state, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- Experience in administering medications
- One or more years of nursing experience preferred
- Home health care experience preferred
- Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation
- CPR professional certification
- Basic clinical skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- General knowledge of computers and ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
