Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen.

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Assist with food preparation procedures, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Remove trash and garbage to the designated area.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, including tables, walls, and floors.
• Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine.

• Ability to transport cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per day.
• Ability to place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on both high and low shelves.
• Ability to work in a hot and damp environment.
• Ability to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent danger to self and others.
