Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting their physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, track progress, and report any changes or concerns to our team.
- Collaborate with our Social Responsibility Committee to ensure our patients receive comprehensive support and resources.
Requirements:
- Current nursing license and current CPR certification.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
