Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at a 430-bed acute care hospital in conjunction with a 30-bed rehab hospital in Yuma, Arizona.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nutritional care for inpatients and outpatients, formulating, documenting, and implementing nutrition care plans.
- Perform enteral and parenteral nutrition assessments, and participate in daily rounds with the healthcare team.
- Develop and present training classes for Nursing, Medical Education, Dietetic Interns, and Food and Nutrition Employees.
- Participate in community outreach activities as needed and assigned.
- Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
- Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
