We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Experience Ambassador at CAVA - 21st & 6th Ave.

Job Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. This involves being knowledgeable about our menu, offering personalized recommendations, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing brand, working closely with our team members to ensure seamless service delivery. As an Experience Ambassador, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, positivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Offer personalized menu recommendations, taking into account guests' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery, supporting each other during peak periods.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date with company initiatives and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $15.50-$18.50 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, benefits include:
