Job Opportunity: Roving Leasing Agent

Carla Properties Ltd, a locally-owned business with 50 years of experience in property management, is seeking a seasoned and professional Roving Leasing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide coverage and extra help to our East Side apartment communities located in Happy Valley, Clackamas, and Gresham.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working on weekends, with a 39-hour workweek schedule from Thursday to Monday. Weekdays are from 9am to 6pm, and weekends from 9am to 5pm. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, providing information about the property, and engaging in leasing activities. Your attention to detail will be essential in explaining rental policies to residents and overseeing workflow, including applications, rental agreements, and move-in packages.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
  • Manage leasing activities, including applications, rental agreements, and move-in packages
  • Oversee workflow and ensure accurate data entry using Yardi Voyager & Tenant Tech
  • Resolve resident issues in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have 3+ years of prior leasing experience. You will need excellent attention to detail, stellar organizational skills, and experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech is a plus. You will also need to be available to work on weekends and have a strong commitment to customer service.
