Position Overview

  • Facilitating credit card transactions through various online platforms and collaborating with commercial suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Monitoring and documenting purchases and financial allocations.
  • Performing data entry tasks.
  • Engaging with a diverse range of vendors.
  • Processing Purchase Action Requests and Purchase Requisitions.
  • Participating in weekly status update meetings.
  • Assisting with the management of outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries.
  • This position requires on-site presence and is not available for remote work.
  • Executing additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with no prior experience necessary; alternatively, four years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a dynamic procurement setting is essential.
  • Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Prior purchasing experience is advantageous.

Security Clearance:

Candidates must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance.
