We are seeking an accomplished leader with a Doctorate in Pharmacy and over three years of supervisory experience. This role involves direct oversight of pharmacists and technical staff while managing the execution of ambulatory pharmacy initiatives. You will work collaboratively across various departments to optimize workflows and ensure the effective implementation of new projects. Your expertise will be vital in identifying and addressing challenges, enforcing policies, and achieving departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations
  • Assess performance and suggest promotions
  • Address disciplinary matters and resolve employee grievances as necessary

COMPENSATION RANGE: $116,500 – $282,300

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Pharmacy
  • Valid California Pharmacy license
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience as a pharmacist
  • Board certification in a pharmacy specialty (Preferred)
  • Willingness to work variable shifts
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy and medical terminology
  • Proficient in computer skills for accessing patient records
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Adept at interpreting medical literature
