Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at American Traveler. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and gain valuable experience in diagnostic imaging.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment, preparing patients for exams, and interpreting images to aid in diagnosis. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for diagnostic imaging, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Interpret images to aid in diagnosis, working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and exam results
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Current professional license as required by the state
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific travel positions
