We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Manager to join our team at Ralco. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our animal feed additives and crop inputs adhere to all relevant regulations.
This dynamic role demands a commitment to continuous learning and an understanding of both the current regulatory landscape and emerging market trends. You will need to be innovative in your problem-solving while maintaining strict compliance standards for our products.
Key responsibilities will include overseeing and ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations, managing the registration process for new and existing products, conducting risk assessments to evaluate the safety and efficacy of products, and collaborating with R&D, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated throughout product development and lifecycle management.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining meticulous records and documentation related to compliance activities and regulatory submissions, preparing and maintaining comprehensive regulatory documents, and liaising with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and other stakeholders to advocate for the company's interests and navigate regulatory challenges.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as animal science, regulatory affairs, or life sciences, and at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within the animal feed or agriculture sector.
This position will be located in-office at Ralco's main headquarters in Marshall, MN, and will require travel to customer and non-customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
- Manage the registration process for new and existing products
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the safety and efficacy of products
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and marketing teams to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated throughout product development and lifecycle management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs
- Experience in the animal feed or agriculture sector
