Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 to lead our culinary team at Go McPherson. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing culinary leadership, menu planning, and program execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and coordinate the culinary function, ensuring high-quality food preparation and production.
  • Direct and train cooks and utility workers to maintain operational standards.
  • Manage catering and retail areas, ensuring excellent customer and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial management, including food cost and labor management.
  • Implement and manage food and physical safety programs.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of basic management experience.
  • 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
