Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with medical procedures, exams, and treatments
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Conduct laboratory tests, prepare samples, and analyze results
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, including creating treatment plans and monitoring patient progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a veterinary technician (CVT) or registered veterinary technician (RVT)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
