Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front office operations, including scheduling and appointment management.
  • Process payments and insurance forms, prepare invoices, and handle billing inquiries.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage, process claims, and follow up on pending claims.
  • Work with computer systems, such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Manage patient files, updating information as necessary, and ensure all records are accurate and confidential.
  • Perform administrative duties and data entry.

Working Schedule:

  • Monday: 8am - 2pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am - 6pm
  • Friday: 9am - 2pm
