- Manage supply and inventory levels, ordering as needed.
- Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office workflow.

Requirements- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification, if required by state dental practice act.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- 1+ years of experience in a dental setting.
- Dentrix or other dental software experience.
- Dental assisting school certification.
Please note that a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
