Lube Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at Lithia Motors. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the par excellence of our vehicles, which will directly impact our guests' satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing engine oil and filters
  • Conduct complete vehicle maintenance inspections, including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
  • Communicate with customers regarding vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations

Requirements:
