About the Role

Rochester's Cornerstone Group, Ltd. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Syracuse area. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule, coordinate, and perform all maintenance, service requests, and repairs.
  • Document daily maintenance activity, including problems encountered, work completed, and vacancy status updates.
  • Perform, monitor, inspect, and conduct evaluations necessary to prepare apartments for move-in of future tenants.
  • Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
  • Work professionally and cooperatively with the team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and building systems.
  • Prior experience working in property management is a plus.
  • Must possess a reliable, personal vehicle with a valid NYS Driver's License.
  • Required possession and use of personal cell phone (monthly reimbursement).
