Position Overview:
As a vital member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling LED lighting components based on specified work orders. Effective communication with the line lead regarding order statuses is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble LED lighting products in accordance with detailed order specifications.
  • Operate various machinery and hand tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure timely assembly of products to meet production schedules.
  • Adhere to high-quality standards as established by management and Quality Control.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels on the assembly line to facilitate a smooth workflow.
  • Interpret work orders and Bills of Materials (BOM) for successful project execution.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Skills:
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English, with basic mathematical skills.
  • Capable of precise measurements using a tape measure.
  • Familiarity with soldering tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a consistent work ethic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent with 1-4 years of relevant experience.
