Trinity Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to become part of a well-established private practice in Mason City, Iowa.

Position Highlights:
- Become a member of a dedicated team consisting of three Neurosurgeons and three Physician Assistants, with a pathway to partnership.
- Experience a stable and thriving practice that has been serving the region for over three decades.
- Utilize advanced technology including all-digital imaging, microscopic surgical techniques, and a Brain Lab spinal neuro-navigational system, along with on-site MRI/Functional MRI, X-ray, PET, and CT capabilities.
- Engage in a diverse case mix, including complex spine and brain surgeries, trauma, general neurosurgery, brain tumors, peripheral nerve disorders, and more.
- Participate in a call schedule of 1:3.
- Benefit from the support of three Physician Assistants, with each Neurosurgeon having their own dedicated PA for daily inpatient care.
- Recognized by Beckers Spine for the Healthgrades 2022 Spine Surgery Excellence Award, a distinction held by only 100 hospitals nationwide, making our practice unique in Iowa.
Candidates Should Meet the Following Criteria:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (must achieve board certification within three years of eligibility).

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
A competitive compensation and benefits package is available for the ideal candidate, which includes:
- $100,000 commencement bonus.
- $900,000 base salary.
- 6 weeks of paid time off annually.
- Annual CME allowance of $4,000.
- Potential for annual earnings exceeding $1 million.
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- 401k retirement plan and pension plan.
- Employer-sponsored professional liability insurance.
