Job Summary: As a Door Greeter at Forman Mills, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by properly greeting and directing customers to the appropriate area of the store. You will also be responsible for checking bags and ensuring that no opened food or drinks enter the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customers are properly greeted and directed to the proper area of the store.
- Check bags for opened food or drinks and prevent them from entering the store.
- Be equipped with a radio to stay in contact with store management and loss prevention at all times.
- Direct customers with packages to check their packages.
- Check contents of all employee purchases for valid receipts.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
