POSITION SUMMARY:

This role involves overseeing and managing various marketing initiatives within the casino environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with departments such as casino marketing, advertising, direct mail, graphic design, and player development to ensure seamless execution of all marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain detailed documentation of all projects and monitor daily progress.
  2. Communicate updates and project status to the Director of Marketing and relevant marketing personnel to ensure alignment.
  3. Provide comprehensive project management support across the marketing division.
  4. Oversee subscriptions, memberships, renewals, and manage purchase orders, travel requests, and budget expenditures.
  5. Facilitate communication for all marketing campaigns.
  6. Offer ongoing support for marketing strategies.
  7. Draft and review brochures, proposals, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  8. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing initiatives.
  9. Compile event reports, tracking attendance, expenses, and outcomes, while providing recommendations for future improvements.
  10. Manage scheduling and monitoring of internal displays.
  11. Develop marketing plans under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
  12. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement promotions, events, and activities.
  13. Complete the submission process for promotional materials.
  14. Prepare graphic requests to support promotions and events.
  15. Order necessary supplies for executing promotions and activities.
  16. Organize and maintain cleanliness in storage areas.
  17. Track participation data for promotions and events using Excel, providing information to the Marketing/Audit team as needed.
  18. Act as a liaison among departments regarding promotions and events.
  19. Facilitate engaging experiences for guests during drawings and tournaments.
  20. Support events as required.
  21. Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

A BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or project management within a mid-sized casino or retail environment (2-4 years).
