About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Precision Assembler to join our team at Flowserve Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in the preparation and assembly of high-quality flow control products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and assemble flow control products according to drawings, instructions, and work orders.
  • Perform testing and inspection of assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Operate precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and CMMs, to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with assembly and inspection processes.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certificate preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in assembly, inspection, or related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workshop experience and knowledge of automation control and electrical components.
  • Experience as a mechanic for rotating machines or general mechanic.
  • General certificate of education or vocational training.
