Dishware Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dishware Specialist to join our team at First Watch Restaurants.

The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain a clean and sanitized dish area, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and stored properly. This includes operating commercial dishwashing equipment, managing dish storage areas, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes and utensils.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Manage dish storage areas, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues as needed.
