We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Game Presenter in our on-site virtual customer service online casino.

As a Game Presenter, you will be responsible for presenting games live on-camera, handling customer inquiries, and providing an exceptional gaming experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Present games live on-camera
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Meet sales targets and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain a MI Gaming License
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards

The estimated salary for this position is $22 per hour, depending on experience.
