Job Title: Snowcat Fleet Maintenance Lead

Join Copper Mountain Resort as a Snowcat Fleet Maintenance Lead and take on the challenge of maintaining our snowcat fleet. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of our snowcat fleet.

Job Summary:

The Snowcat Fleet Maintenance Lead will provide maximum safe vehicle availability for Powdr Copper Mountain. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections (PMI) on snowcat fleet
  • Troubleshoot and repair snowcat fleet issues
  • Coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in snowcat fleet maintenance
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and diesel engine systems
  • Experience with computerized engine control systems
  • Ability to operate all models of snowcat fleet
