Job OverviewCommunity Health Services, Inc. is a leading provider of healthcare services, offering a comprehensive range of treatments to patients across the country. We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Care Specialist to join our team in the Dental Department. Reporting to the Clinical Director, this role will involve providing high-quality dental care to a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will be a graduate from an accredited dental school with a valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Connecticut. Additionally, they will have or be eligible to obtain a valid DEA and state narcotic registration. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of professional dental practice, coupled with a record of providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients according to established standards, protocols, and practices. Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, with an emphasis on primary preventative services.
  2. Maintain accurate and timely written clinical documentation.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and other stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a dental practice and/or with diverse socio-economically disadvantaged populations.
  • Deep knowledge of professional dental practice and ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a 401(k) Plan, and up to 4% Employer Match. We also offer a generous paid time-off policy, 9 paid holidays, and a productivity bonus. Additionally, we participate in the NHSC Loan Repayment Program and offer various leave programs, including bereavement leave, military leave, and maternity leave. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
