Key Responsibilities: Deliver instruction and tutoring using the Mathnasium MethodTM, along with relevant terminology and teaching strategies. Collaborate with team members to provide personalized instruction in a group setting. Evaluate students' learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions. Become adept with digital educational tools and processes. Help maintain a safe and professional learning environment. Required Qualifications: Current students in High School, College, or Graduate School with a strong interest in education, teaching, or tutoring. Excellent verbal communication skills; backgrounds in hospitality, food service, or retail are welcome. A genuine passion for mathematics. Willingness to learn and undergo training. Strong math skills, with proficiency at least through Algebra I. Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks effectively. All candidates will be required to complete a math literacy assessment to demonstrate their proficiency, provide proof of work authorization, and pass a background check. Compensation: $16.00 per hour
