Key Responsibilities:- Supervise self-administered medication to Assisted Living residents, adhering to company guidelines and state regulations.
- Collaborate with LPN/LVN and Assisted Living Director to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes, providing proper documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.
- At least 1 month of experience in a senior care setting.
- State-specific certification may be required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and positive demeanor, with a strong attention to detail.
