We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Morning Pointe Senior Living. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account each resident's unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify potential health issues and develop strategies for prevention and intervention.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or questions.
- Current LPN license in the applicable state.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
