Our organization is a prominent Energy Services Provider dedicated to minimizing energy and water usage through comprehensive building enhancements and continuous Energy Management Services.

We specialize in Guaranteed Energy Savings initiatives, delivering a fully integrated service backed by performance-based agreements. Our approach encompasses the entire upgrade process, offering diverse funding solutions to our clients.

We provide advanced Building Automation Systems for both new constructions and retrofits, alongside essential support services including maintenance, monitoring, reporting, and utility bill management.

Our unique Services Agreement allows clients to achieve cost savings through reduced energy consumption, with the necessary upgrades funded upfront by our company, eliminating the need for any capital investment from the client.

This means clients can enjoy significant cost reductions and substantial building improvements without any financial burden.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to identify energy and water conservation opportunities (40%)
  • Develop comprehensive sales proposals outlining identified solutions (10%)
  • Establish the scope and pricing for selected energy conservation measures (15%)
  • Oversee the commissioning of all implemented solutions (15%)
  • Analyze relevant data to ensure the accuracy of predicted savings in accordance with IPMVP standards, taking responsibility for guaranteed energy savings (15%)
  • Engage in continuous professional development (5%)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of building services, including mechanical systems, HVAC, Building Automation Systems, and electrical lighting
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Understanding of project management principles
  • Ability to effectively engage with a diverse customer base across a wide geographic area
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for fostering productive working relationships
  • Proven ability to source and implement innovative technologies, with up-to-date knowledge of energy efficiency advancements

  • Willingness to travel and work outside of regular hours when necessary

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or energy systems engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Technical expertise in energy upgrade projects and performance contracts is advantageous
  • Possession of one or more industry certifications (CEM, CEA, CMVP, LEED AP, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience conducting energy audits in line with ASHRAE standards (ASHRAE Level 2 & 3 and Investment Grade Audits)
  • Advanced understanding of energy modeling, best practices, and relevant codes (ASHRAE, IESNA, NEC, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from proposal through to completion
  • Technical knowledge of energy efficiency technologies
