Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Nurse Recruiter to join our team in California.

About the Role

This is a key position that will be responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified school nurses to support the health and well-being of students across the state.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire school nurses with current California LVN or RN license, First aid and CPR certificate, and valid driver's license
  • Evaluate training/experience and ensure applicants meet minimum qualifications
  • Conduct screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment and hiring processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in a healthcare setting involving contact with children
  • Current California LVN or RN license, First aid and CPR certificate, and valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
