Job Description:

We seek a dedicated Truck Driver to support our regional delivery operations in Central NJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transporting merchandise to customers in a secure and timely manner, while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Transportation Services: Ensure safe and efficient delivery of merchandise to customers according to a predetermined schedule, emphasizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage rolling racks, collecting them when requested or necessary, optimizing resource utilization.
• Vehicle Management: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in our company vehicles, conducting regular inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Service: Interact positively with customers, confirming accurate deliveries and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Safety First: Adhere to all traffic regulations, road safety guidelines, and company policies, prioritizing a risk-free work environment.

Essential Requirements:

• A valid driver's license (NO CDL REQUIRED)
• At least 6 months of driving experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to lift or move objects weighing over 100 pounds safely
• Meet requirements for a Department of Transportation medical examiners certificate
• Pass pre-employment background and substance abuse screenings
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment

Compensation Package: The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
