Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise Products: Plan and implement visually appealing product displays that meet the needs of our customers.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Accurate and On-time Project Execution: Execute projects on time and within budget, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Thorough and Timely Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain Good Attendance: Ensure that you are available to work the required hours and attend meetings as scheduled.
- Retailer Specific Online Certifications: Obtain and maintain any necessary certifications required by our retail partners.
Requirements:
- Must Have Reliable Transportation: Ensure that you have a reliable vehicle to travel to and from client locations.
- Minimum 2 years Retail Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Merchandising and/or Fixture Install Experience Preferred: Have experience in merchandising and/or fixture installation.
- Eagerness to Learn & Follow Direction: Be eager to learn and follow direction from management.
- Strong Written & Oral Communication: Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Plan-o-grams a Plus: Have knowledge of plan-o-grams and how to implement them effectively.
- Ability to Cross Reference Multiple Documents: Be able to cross reference multiple documents and reports.
- Perform Repetitive Bending, Standing and Walking: Be able to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking.
- Lift up to 50lbs: Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
