Job Title: Cath Lab TechnologistKingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team.
Job Summary:The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical support during cardiac catheterization procedures. This includes operating imaging equipment, assisting physicians, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care and service while performing procedures.
- Operate imaging equipment and assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Provide protection to patients, family members, and staff in accordance with radiation safety standards.
- Record key events and enter procedures and supplies into the physiologic computer system.
- Assist with the care and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Completion of a Radiological Technologist program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the AMA and ACR.
- Current registration and licensure by the Arizona Medical Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners and American Registry of Radiological Technologists.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association within 3 months of hire date.
- Minimum 2 years' experience performing angiographic procedures.
- Licensure in ARRT (CT), ARRT (MR), ARRT (M) CVT.
- Cath lab experience.
- Carrying up to 35 lbs, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing up to 300lbs.
- Standing and walking for periods of longer than 2 hours.
- Manual dexterity in handling fragile wires and catheters.
- Concentration, visual and auditory acuity for watching monitors and following instructions during procedures.
