Role Summary:

The Breakfast Attendant plays a crucial role in our kitchen operations, focusing on the preparation and delivery of breakfast items. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Working Hours: The expected hours for this role are from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM, including weekends and occasional holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently prepare breakfast trays for timely delivery.
  • Ensure that juices, yogurt, coffee, and other supplies are adequately stocked for service.
  • Collect all room service trays following breakfast service.
  • Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes and keeping the kitchen tidy.
  • Promptly store deliveries of refrigerated breakfast items and other supplies.
  • Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor.

Qualifications:

  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods, up to 5 hours per shift.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Previous experience in a serving role is advantageous.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
