About the Position

Aaron's is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lease to Own Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments, assisting with merchandise returns and guest deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance on lease agreements and renewal payments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, focusing on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Have a valid driver's license and meet our Driver Qualification Policy requirements.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and using a dolly when necessary.
  • Be proficient in computer skills, with experience in customer relationship management software preferred.
