- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of data analysis or accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and preparing financial statements preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
