  • Perform detailed analysis on reports to determine areas for improvement.
  • Process, clean, and validate data for predictive analysis and data modeling.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments across the firm to analyze business needs.
  • Identify and assess the current performance and historical trends across all practice groups and departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1-3 years of data analysis or accounting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and preparing financial statements preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service attitude.
