Job Description

An employer is seeking a QA Engineer to work remotely. The primary task will be testing efforts tied to the client's Back Office web platform and 3rd party integrations for their omnichannel ordering processing software. The client is enhancing their product, and the successful candidate will own many of these testing efforts as they continue to scale across other channels. The QA Engineer will ensure reliability and quality of the products by creating/maintaining and executing manual testing efforts. The work environment will be Agile, and the QA Engineer will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the highest standards are met. The testing will primarily focus on sanity, functional, and regression testing and will own the full testing cycle for deployments, to ensure product releases are reliable. The QA Engineer will design and implement tests for REST APIs, functional tests, and GUI tests to cover all aspects of the application.

Requirements

4+ years experience in QA engineering

Strong experience in manual testing

UI and API testing experience

Automation knowledge, leveraging Selenium

CICD experience (Jenkins)

Jira experience

Experience with web and mobile testing experience Experience building out automation

Docker experience null
