**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Lehigh Valley Mall. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and participating in all essential duties necessary to the effective day-to-day operation of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Generate sales and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives

**Requirements**

  • Customer service and retail experience an asset
  • High school diploma
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
