Job Summary

We are currently hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants to join our team. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping
  • Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Valid Ohio Nursing License or Multi-State License that includes Ohio
  • Successfully completes facility conducted orientation, mandatory training, and in-service programs
  • Previous long term care experience preferred
  • Must meet health assessment requirements, including two stage Mantoux skin test
  • Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
