About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Greeting customers upon arrival, making a positive first impression, and completing a walk-through of the premises
  • Communicating professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Assisting drivers with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory
  • Accurately completing paperwork and payment collection
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • General labor experience is helpful, but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Strong logic and math skills
  • Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record (for drivers)
