Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Hotel Indigo El Paso. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Beverage Service: Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Order Processing: Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create checks for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers.
- Payment Processing: Process all payments for beverage purchases and ensure accuracy of said payments to balance all monies.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to Health Department regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Liquor Regulations: Be aware of and adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Skills: Ability to obtain any government-required license or certificate, strong verbal and written communication skills, basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages, liquor certification if required by the state or local government, service orientation, and knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Availability: Working weekends and holidays required.
