Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic MRI Technologist to support our in-patient imaging services on a full-time, night shift basis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures on patients, ensuring technical quality, and maintaining equipment. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for diagnostic imaging, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures on patients, including preparation, positioning, and imaging techniques
  • Enter and monitor patient data, ensuring accurate and timely information
  • Perform quality assurance on magnetic resonance equipment and matrix camera
  • Identify and report any accidents, complaints, or equipment malfunctions to department management
  • Ensure safe care to patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to Memorial Hermann policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
  • Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support
  • Registered MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MR) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
